2023 is just around the corner
and sadly, many of us haven't been able to reach our 2022 goals.
For each of us, the beginning of the year feels like setting new intentions, accomplishing some materialistic things, and earning more money.
But sadly, there are very few who focus on their well-being and set targets to improve their mental and emotional health.
That is why I came up with this Self-Care Set to help you take time out, on your own especially for those of you who are always busy. So that you will be ready to easily achieve your goals for 2023!
5 easy steps to get you started!
1) Schedule some me-time into your busy schedule and use the time to help you relax! For me, I will make it a daily routine which is 30 minutes before I go to bed
2) Choose a quiet spot or go to a room where you can close the door and shut yourself off from other people.
3) Set the environment by lighting up the calming scented candle in your room.
4) Turn on the soothing music playlist. Below are my favorite top 3 playlist :)
5) Pick up our Dear 2023 Colouring Calendar and start painting with the acrylic colour pens from the kit. Trust the process, it will give you something entirely different to focus on that prevents you from dwelling on the events of your busy day and can put you in a much more positive mood.
Personal development and self-love are the two things that you should never stop working on. While taking care of your body is important, your mental health holds equal weight when it comes to self-care.
